What Turnover Means
Turnover, also called wagering requirement, is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw bonus winnings. The site calculates this on your deposit plus the bonus combined, not the bonus alone.
For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your turnover target is based on RM200. Meeting this figure requires placing bets that add up to that multiple, depending on the offer.
Game Weighting Differences
Not all games count equally toward turnover. Slots contribute the full amount of every bet. Live dealer tables, such as blackjack or roulette, count only a fraction of your stake.
Low-odds sportsbook selections, like heavy favourites, often contribute nothing at all. Always check the lobby’s game weighting table before playing to avoid wasting bets on non-qualifying games.
Maximum Bet While Active
When a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per round. Exceeding this limit, even accidentally, can void the entire bonus and any winnings earned from it.
The typical cap is stated in the offer terms, often around RM30 per spin or bet. Sticking to that limit keeps your bonus valid until the turnover requirement is completed.
Expiry and Forfeiture Rules
Every bonus runs on a rolling window from the moment it credits your account. If you do not finish the turnover requirement before the window closes, the bonus portion is forfeited.
Your original deposit is never taken away. Only the bonus funds and any winnings from them are removed. You can then withdraw your deposit or play on with real money.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
Malaysian players can deposit using ringgit via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, or FPX. Bank transfer and online banking are also accepted for both deposits and withdrawals.
E-wallet transactions usually process within minutes. Bank transfers may take a few hours. The site does not charge fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider might apply its own.
Language and Support Options
The platform is available in English and Bahasa Melayu. You can switch languages in the settings menu. Customer support replies in both languages via live chat and email.
Support hours are posted in the lobby. For quick queries, live chat is the fastest option. Email replies typically come within one working day.
